A. There is a $25 fee for businesses who are not sponsors. There are no fees for non-business floats.
Q. Does the Village of Ilion sponsor Ilion Days?
A. No, Ilion days relies solely on donations from area businesses and communities
members. No tax dollars are used in the funding of Ilion Days or any of the events.
Q. Can I sponsor Ilion Days?
A. Yes, Any Ilion Days event can be sponsored for a donation of $600,
or co-sponsored for a donation of $300. All sponsors receive a full-page ad in our
annual Ilion Days Promotion Book, and recognition for the event being sponsored.
Q. I want to make a donation, can I make one online?
A. No, currently we are not accepting online donations. You can still make a donation by printing out the donation form on the forms page and mailing your check, made payable to Ilion Days, to:

Q. How much does it cost to place an ad in the Ilion Days Promotion Book?
A. Full Page: $100 (5.5x8.5) | Half Page: $65 (5.5x4.25) | Quarter Page:$35 (2.75x4.25)

A. Home Page: 2x2 Ad $50 | 2x4 Ad: $60 | 2x6 Ad:$70
Other Pages: 2x2 Ad $30 | 2x4 Ad: $40 | 2x6 Ad:$50
Q. I want to place an ad in the Ilion Days Promotion Book and the website is there a discount for doing both?
A. Yes! If you purchase an ad for both the Ilion Days Promotion Book and the Website you receive $10 off the total cost.

Q. How can I register for the garage sales? Is there a fee for registering?
A. Yes, there is a $5.00 fee to help defray the cost of Ilion Days. You can register for the garage sales by printing out the garage sale form from the forms page. and mailing your check, made payable to Ilion Days, to:

Q. Where can I get a map of all the garage sales? Does it cost anything?
A. You can purchase a map for the garage sales for $1.00 from 9:00am to Noon on July 16th in front of the Ilion Municipal Bldg. on Morgan Street.
Q. When do I have to have my registration form in by to be included in the garage sale listings?
A. In order to appear on the garage sale listing registration must be received by July 11, 2016.
Q. Do I need to get a village garage Sale Permit to participate in the village wide garage sale?
A. No, you do not need to get a village garage sale permit.
Q. How can I register for the craft fair? Is there a fee for registering?
A. Yes, there is a $15.00 space fee for the craft fair. You can register for the craft fair by printing out the craft fair form from the forms page. and mailing your check, made payable to Ilion Days, to:

Q. What size space do you get at the craft fair? Can I get additional space if needed?
A. The space size for the craft fair is 10'x10'. Double spaces are available upon request for $30.00.
Q. Are there any tables, tents or electricity provided for the booths?
A. No, There are no tables, electricity or tents provided.
Q. When is the registration dead line for the craft fair?
A. The registration dead line is July 19, 2016. All spaces are reserved on a first come, first serve basis.
Q. Will there be a talent show this year?
A. No, there will be no talent show this year due to lack of sponsorship.
Q. Do the marching bands donate their time?
A. No, each band is paid to march and play during the parade.
